Hey there! I’m Christina Barnhart, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’ve had a love for homes and community since I bought my very first house at 18. Real estate has been my career for years now, but at the heart of it, I just enjoy connecting with people and helping them find a place that truly feels like home.

Most days you’ll find me walking clients through the ups and downs of buying or selling—making sure it all feels less stressful and a lot more doable. I like to keep things hands-on and personal, whether that means sharing staging tips, digging into neighborhood details, or negotiating to make sure my clients walk away happy. I also rehab properties, always working to preserve as much of their character and charm as possible while adding those modern touches that make a house shine and feel fresh.

Kempsville is one of those spots that makes it easy to fall in love with Virginia Beach. The brick ranches and two-stories here have so much character, the neighbors are the kind that wave from the driveway, and you’re never far from shopping, schools, or the interstate.
